I have blog envy.
Just read every blog post on this woman's hilarious blog. I had to read every single one! I now feel my own little blog is akin to a semi-literate howler monkey scratching on a cave wall. Thank you to the author of "My Life on a Diet," though for such an amazing weight-loss story.
Annnd here are the howler monkey scratchings for the day:
What can I tell you about today? I ate my stimulating breakfast of cereal and my equally stimulating nutribar. I actually had a student comment on the fact that I "really must like carrots," because I am always eating them. Hahahahaha. Funny girl. Dinner was what we like to call "cheater spaghetti." This consists of Catelli's Smart pasta (all the fiber of whole wheat without the icky taste!) and Healthy Choice chunky Vegetable Lovers sauce. Mmmm. I spice it up a bit since it's so bland. We are still doing the french bread accompaniment, which isn't so good for us. I ate about 1/2 as much pasta as Jason, and two and a half pieces of bread. I coulda done without the 1/2 for sure. I wasn't hungry after though! Them carbs sure are filling.
I am very happy to report that my workout streak is INTACT BABY! I only had the energy to do 25 on the bike today, but I did it! The couch tried its siren song on me, but I put my fingers in my ears and went "lalalalala." Couch thinks it can get the best of me...got 'nother think comin'. Grumble... mutter...mutter...I'll show you couch...grumble...
I am hoping for walk tomorrow...wish me luck!!
