I ate really well yesterday too...cereal, nutribar and a BIG zip-lock bag o' grapes for my snack. At home I had some fat-free yogurt (I love this stuff, and I can't remember why I stopped eating it!) for 30 cal. Nice eh? Oh, and some almonds as well. Dinner was my impressively well-portioned turkey, stuffing, corn, salad and mashed potatoes. I didn't finish my stuffing or mashed potatoes! AGAIN! After, Jason and I headed to that giant mecca of goods we buy but don't really need, Costco. Ahh...love that place. Where else can you buy a giant screen TV and an industrial-sized vat of mayo in the same place. We picked up chicken, steak and a big bag of bell peppers. Since Jason has also been enjoying the almonds, we got some more of those too. Walking through the bakery section was a bit torturous, I must say. I looked at the cookies...closely...and told myself "they are probably dry." Whatever it takes, right? OH, and get this! They were selling boxes of Krispy Kreme doughnuts outside!! OMG...WHY??? Jason was very tempted, but he held back (thank god), not only for my sake, but because he is also trying to eat less junk.
We got back late from the store, so I didn't work out until 8:30 again. I DID work out though!
And I know this is cheating a bit...since I am updating about Friday, and not today...but I have to tell you what happened this morning.
The SCALE MOVED!
Not just one little pound but.....
I now weigh 205 lbs!
