Viva Las Vegas...bring on the Elvi!

I am off to Vegas until Thursday! I will return hopefully only laden with merchandise and pictures, and not extra pounds on my ass.

Greetings and Salutations

We Welcome to my blog! I am glad you could stop by. This blog is a chronicle of my attempt to lose weight and become a fitter, healthier person- for the second time!

I was quite successful losing weight the first time going from 220 to 165, and staying with in 5 lbs of that for almost a year. But, I lost my way after my separation. So why not try it again, yes?

Height: 5'10
Weight: 227

Size: 16
